Star Position
Couples may find the missionary sex position very satisfying, but at times, boring. To add sparks into an already fiery sexual relationship, couples should experiment more in the bedroom. STEP 1
Woman’s Position
The woman starts by lying flat on her back and preferably on a comfortable surface. One leg is bent and the foot is planted flat on the surface.

The man should be lying flat on his stomach and should start to move forward into her from the side where the woman’s bent leg is.

Instructions for Penetration

The starting positions as described above allow clear entry to the vaginal opening. The more the man thrusts forward, the easily he can achieve the desired penetration. To make things easier, the man can hold his penis and guide it through the opening. The placement of the penis within the vagina is sideways and as such, it gives the man control of the speed and depth of the penetration.
