Eagle Position
Similar to the Boa or Crane sex positions, the Eagle requires the sexual partners to lie on their sides while having intercourse. The difference is that it allows more frontal contact to encourage sexual arousal for both parties. It also allows the penis to penetrate more deeply into the woman’s vagina.
STEP 1
Woman’s Position
The woman must lie down on her side then lift her legs up near her chest so that her vagina is exposed.
STEP 2
Man’s Position
The man then lies by his side in front of her and ease his way closer to position himself between the woman’s legs. Before the penetration, the partners could encourage arousal by kissing, stroking, and licking erotic zones. Both of them could easily reach out to play with each other’s genital parts or embrace.
STEP 3
Instruction for Penetration
Either the man or the woman could start the penetration by drawing nearer to his or her partner.
STEP 4
Instruction for Movement
The woman could clinch the man’s body by wrapping her legs around and hooking her ankles against each other. Should she wish to relax a bit, she could rest her legs upon the man’s upper hip. Both partners will find the Eagle position relaxing as they are both lying down on their sides.
TIPS
- The Eagle sex position allows enough room for the lovers to do a lot of touching and kissing in erotic zones like the neck, the chest, and lips before, after, or during penetration. The position is ideal if both partners need to boost their energy because it is relaxed.
WARNINGS
- If you are looking for an intense encounter, this is not the best position because the Eagle encourages a slower intercourse rhythm. However, it is highly intimate, erotic, and romantic.
